Breakfast and early morning

Our guests enjoy complimentary coffee service in the parlor between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m.

A full service, a la carte breakfast is INCLUDED in all room rates and served in our bright and airy dining room.

We feature a robust blend of coffee from Carrabasset Coffee Company to complement our full American breakfast and daily breakfast specials.

Lunch and Dinner (or anytime!)

The Novelty (behind the hotel) is open throughout the day and evening and offers delicious wraps, salads and pizzas as well as Shain's of Maine ice cream and house made bakery items.

Dinner

Chef Michael Cennamo creates an exceptional menu which changes frequenty and utiizes fresh, local ingredients.  Our restaurant is open to the public on an nightly basis except during the beginning and end of the season when we offer dinner on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.  Reservations are recommended.
