Low Season – May, June**, September** and October (**see High Season below) High Season – June 25, 2010 through September 6, 2010; inclusive All rates are subject to a 7% state lodging tax. A gratuity of $3.00/person per day will be added for the housekeeping and breakfast staff (adults only).

Deposits are refunded, less a $20.00 per room cancellation fee, with a 21-day notice of cancellation. Otherwise, deposits are refunded only if all same type rooms are rented. If you arrive late or leave early, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation, unless all same type rooms are rented (per room cancellation fee will still apply).
During High Season, one night stays may be subject to a $5.00 per person service charge. We reserve the right to require a two night minimum stay during High Season, if necessary.
Group reservations require special handling. Please contact us to discuss our group booking policies. Although we prefer deposits be made via personal check, we gladly accept Master Card, Visa and Discover as well. We graciously ask that guests keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 6 am so as not to disturb others. Smoking is NOT permitted in the building or on the fire escape. Please be courteous to your fellow guests when smoking outside. |
